Eric J. Wittenberg - (Eric J. Wittenberg Co., L.P.A.):
ERIC J. WITTENBERG, of Eric J. Wittenberg Co., L.P.A. in Pickerington, practices in the areas of real estate and construction law, corporate law and business planning, civil litigation, employment law, media and publishing law, and the law of the internet. Mr. Wittenberg advises and represents clients in real estate transactions, including residential and commercial transactions, leasing, construction, and financing. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Mr. Wittenberg is a member of the Ohio State, the Columbus, and the Westerville Bar Associations and the Westerville, Ohio Chamber of Commerce. He is a prize-winning Civil War historian, publishing fourteen books and numerous articles. Mr. Wittenberg received his B.A. from Dickinson College and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Robert C. Ondak, Jr. - (Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP):
ROBERT C. ONDAK, JR., in the Cleveland office of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, focuses his practice on representing landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, office and warehouse leases. He is experienced in advising developers in various aspects of real estate development for a multitude of projects, including shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial parks. Mr. Ondak also counsels sellers and purchasers in negotiating purchase and sale agreements and lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Northern Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Mr. Ondak was listed among the Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in 2007 and in The Best Lawyers in America 2009. Mr. Ondak received his B.A., cum laude, from Fairfield University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Tyler S. Bobes - (Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP):
TYLER S. BOBES, in the Cleveland office of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group, focuses his practice on representing clients in commercial real estate transactions including acquisition and dispositions of commercial properties and office, warehouse, industrial, and retail leasing. In addition, he has experience providing counsel to start-up businesses and general business counsel to a broad range of clients. Mr. Bobes received his B.A., cum laude, from Ohio University, his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, and his LL.M., in Taxation, from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Michele L. Noble - (Thompson Hine LLP):
MICHELE L. NOBLE, a partner in the Columbus office of Thompson Hine LLP’s Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation Practice Groups, focuses her practice on general civil and commercial litigation, including disputes involving municipal liability, commercial contracts, land use and zoning, commercial real estate, and product and premises liability. Ms. Noble is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. She was selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics for 2005, 2006, and 2007. Ms. Noble received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University and her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Capital University Law School, where she was valedictorian and executive articles editor of the Law Review.

Julie Gonzi Dreher - (Thompson Hine LLP):
JULIE GONZI DREHER, in the Columbus office of Thompson Hine LLP’s Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation Practice Groups, focuses her practice on general civil and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and manufacturing defect claims. Ms. Dreher represents landlords in various commercial leasing disputes and eviction actions. She has obtained summary and default judgments on behalf of commercial property landlords against defaulting tenants. Ms. Dreher received her B.A. from The Ohio State University and her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Capital University Law School, where she externed for Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer, Supreme Court of Ohio, and Judge Michael H. Watson, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
