Dennis A. Liotta - (Edgar Snyder & Associates):
DENNIS A. LIOTTA, a partner of Edgar Snyder & Associates, manages the firm’s workers’ compensation and Social Security disability departments. For over twenty years, Mr. Liotta has helped thousands of injured workers and people with disabilities receive the benefits they deserve. Mr. Liotta has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in America as well as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers®, and he was honored as a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by The National Trial Lawyers. He has published articles and presented at professional education programs on workers’ compensation and Social Security disability benefits. CHARLES G. BROWN is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. in Pittsburgh and chair of the firm’s workers’ compensation group and Medicare compliance group. Mr. Brown handles cases for employers, workers’ compensation insurance carriers, and third-party administrators, including Medicare set aside compliance matters for workers’ compensation and liability claims. He frequently lectures on issues related to workplace injuries. Mr. Mayer has tried or settled hundreds of cases involving injuries as a result of auto accidents, slip and falls, and defective products or buildings. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having obtained a verdict, award, or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more. Mr. Mayer represents disabled individuals who are applying for or have been denied SSD or SSI benefits as well as injured workers who have been denied benefits or medical care in workers’ compensation claims. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Cynthia M. Porta-Clark - (Law Offices of Parta-Clark + Ward, LLC):
CYNTHIA M. PORTA-CLARK is a partner of the Law Offices of Porta-Clark + Ward, LLC in Pittsburgh. Ms. Porta-Clark concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security claims, and she has successfully litigated cases throughout Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Ms. Porta-Clark is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. In his practice, Mr. Romano has represented employers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in numerous industries, including health care, construction, mining, and oil and gas. A frequent speaker, he has lectured on various issues facing employers and insurers as the result of work-related injuries. Mr. Romano received his B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and the Duquesne Business Law Journal.

Christopher L. Wildfire - (Margolis Edelstein):
CHRISTOPHER L. WILDFIRE, a partner of Margolis Edelstein in Pittsburgh, has defended employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation in Pennsylvania and West Virginia throughout his career. Mr. Wildfire’s experience has included the defense of federal black lung cases, claims of occupationally induced cardiopulmonary disease, disorders allegedly caused by chemical and other toxic exposures, traumatic injuries, psychoses from allegations of work-related stress, hearing loss, and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act cases, and he handles Veterans Benefits Administration disability claims. Mr. Wildfire has represented employers before every workers’ compensation court in the state, including the Appeal Board, the Commonwealth Court, and the Supreme Court. He also represented clients before the Benefits Review Board, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Labor Department’s Office of Administrative Law Judges. Mr. Wildfire is a frequent speaker on medicolegal topics. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers’ Association.
