SEAN M. BURKE, of McQuaide Blasko, Inc. in Hollidaysburg, practices in the areas of commercial law, real estate, estate planning, and intellectual property law. Mr. Burke focuses on commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters and routinely counsels clients on leases, agreements of sale, easements, and review of title issues. He has spoken on topics including landlord-tenant law, estate planning, and business succession. In 2009, Mr. Burke was named as one of Altoona Mirror’s “Twenty Under Forty,” which recognizes young leaders in the community. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Blair County Bar Association, and vice president of the J.S. Black Inn of Court. Mr. Burke received his B.S., cum laude, from St. Vincent University and his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law.

Mr. Cohen represents individuals and businesses in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Thomas S. Schrack - (McQuaide Blasko, Inc.):
THOMAS S. SCHRACK, of McQuaide Blasko, Inc. in State College, practices in the areas of real estate law, business and transactional law, taxation, and municipal law. A significant part of his practice is devoted to counseling clients on real estate matters, including leasing, financing transactions, and sales and acquisitions. Mr. Schrack frequently advises clients on matters relating to Marcellus Shale development, including leasing, title disputes, and acquisition of rights. He has lectured on the rights of companies and landowners in oil and gas transactions. Mr. Schrack is a member of the Centre County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Schrack received his B.A., with distinction, from Penn State University; his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as editor in chief of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal; and his LL.M. in Taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.

JOHN A. SNYDER, managing shareholder of McQuaide Blasko’s State College office, has a primary practice of civil litigation with an emphasis in employment and commercial litigation. He is a member of the American, the Pennsylvania, and the Centre County Bar Associations, and has previously served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Wilkinson-Campbell American Inns of Court. Mr. Snyder received his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he earned the Georgia State Bar Award for Excellence in Labor Law.
