JONATHAN B. ORLEANS, a member of Pullman & Comley, LLC in Bridgeport, is a business litigator with more than twenty-five years of experience in a broad range of cases, particularly employment litigation. Mr. Orleans was named “Stamford Best Lawyers® Employment Law-Management Lawyer of the Year” for 2012 by Best Lawyers® in America, and he has been named a Connecticut Super Lawyer® by Super Lawyers® every year since 2006. Mr. Orleans is a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, a member of the Civil Commission of the Connecticut Judicial Branch, and the Connecticut Fair Housing Center. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Mr. Orleans earned his B.A. at Hampshire College, his M.P.A. at Princeton University, and his J.D., cum laude, at New York University.

He regularly works with clients in connection with union related issues, including organizational campaigns, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, strikes and arbitration. Christopher L. Brigham - (Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C.):
CHRISTOPHER L. BRIGHAM, a principal with Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. in New Haven, represents and counsels businesses on workplace and employment law issues in state and federal court and before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Connecticut Department of Labor, and the Workers’ Compensation Commission. Dana R. Bucin - (Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C.):
DANA R. BUCIN, with Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. in Hartford, practices in immigration, corporate and business services, and international business transactions. She represents clients with green card applications, temporary work visas, foreign investor visas, naturalization, and other employment-based immigration matters. Ms. Bucin regularly represents EB-5 investors, and she structures foreign investments to meet the immigration goals of such foreign investors. Ms. Bucin has been listed as a 2011 Rising Star® by Super Lawyers® and among the 2010 Women in the Law High Achievers by the Connecticut Law Tribune. For her leadership in the Greater Hartford Community, Ms. Bucin was honored, in 2009, as a “40 Under Forty” by the Hartford Business Journal.
